Testing Strategy

Equo Chromium was thoroughly tested on all supported platforms using multiple strategies:

  • Automated tests (including the extended SWT Browser Test Suite)

  • Manual testing in Eclipse E4 sample applications

  • Manual testing in plain Java sample applications

  • Running SWT browser snippets across platforms

  • Exploratory testing under different environments

SWT versions tested include 3.104 (Eclipse 4.5) and newer. Older versions may still be compatible.
