Improve performance of the "setText" method for large content

Equo Chromium provides a system property that can improve performance by saving to a local file and treating the content as a local file reference.

Enabling this property optimizes setText by loading the HTML content through a local file: URL instead of passing it directly as a string. This can result in better performance for large HTML resources.
